The warranty period for shoes and bags purchased from SALI stores is 100 days.

Warranty service is carried out in the case of such defects or damage to goods, which are the result of production defects.

- Warranty service terms:

 Warranty service involves the elimination of product damage that has occurred during the warranty period.

 Warranty service is provided within 7 working days.

 All defects which are the result of manufacturing defects and have emerged during the warranty period, will be eliminated free.

- Warranty service is not provided.

 In case of failure to submit the guarantee coupon,

 In case of expired warranty coupon,

 In case of repairing the product beyond the warranty service center,

 In case of external or internal mechanical, chemical, thermal damage of the product,
